Be Spanish is run by Ivanna C., an independent Spanish teacher based in Medellín, Colombia. This page explains what information this website collects and what happens to it.
What is collected
- Your email address, only if you type it into the free ebook form.
- Your name, email and answers, only if you book a trial class through the booking link.
- Anonymous usage statistics, such as which pages were visited and roughly which country the visit came from. These do not identify you personally.
What it is used for
- Sending you the free ebook you asked for.
- Occasional emails about classes, cohort dates and Spanish learning tips. Every email has an unsubscribe link and one click removes you permanently.
- Scheduling and running your classes.
- Understanding which parts of the site are useful so it can be improved.
Who else sees it
Your information is never sold or rented. It is stored inside the tools used to run the classes, and each of those companies has its own privacy policy:
- The email marketing tool that stores subscribers and sends the ebook.
- The scheduling tool used to book classes.
- The website host, which serves this page.
- Analytics and advertising tools, where used, which may set cookies to measure whether an ad or a post led to a booking.

Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information held about you at any time, and you can unsubscribe from emails whenever you like. Email hello@bespanish.co and it will be handled.
